Designed a series of large-format event programs in collaboration with Melinda Huntoon for high-attendance charity events, each publication tailored to reflect the personality and setting of its venue.
Each ~80-page book integrated editorial content, sponsor advertising, charity storytelling, and live auction items—requiring constant restructuring as content evolved in real time leading up to print.

Design Challenge
Auction items and sponsor content were delivered continuously and often out of order, requiring rapid layout adjustments under tight, immovable print deadlines. Each program needed to maintain clarity, hierarchy, and visual consistency despite ongoing content changes.

Each cover was designed to deliver immediate visual impact—capturing the tone, setting, and energy of the event while signaling a premium, high-value experience to attendees.
Outcome
A series of polished, information-dense publications that supported events with approximately 1,000 attendees—balancing editorial storytelling, sponsor visibility, and functional auction navigation within a cohesive, high-end design system.
