Melanie Kronemann is a Brand & Creative Executive and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience transforming brands and modernizing creative operations across hospitality, consumer packaged goods, and sports.
Most recently, as Director of Marketing & Creative at Chalet Restaurant Group, she played a central role in the repositioning of Honor Kitchen & Cocktails, contributing to substantial revenue growth for the hospitality portfolio. She established enterprise brand standards across five distinct concepts and modernized creative workflows — implementing scalable systems that improved efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
Through her consulting practice, Khreative Ink, Melanie partners with founders and leadership teams on brand strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and operational transformation. Her work has helped brands such as Comedy Corn gain placement in Walmart and supported Hartman Foods’ successful repositioning into Safeway and Albertsons. She has also worked with major clients including Nestlé, Tropicana, General Mills, Brown-Forman, and Billie Jean King / World TeamTennis.
Earlier in her career, Melanie led packaging innovation at Uniflex Corporation, where she reduced production lead times by up to six weeks through supply chain modernization and sustainability initiatives. Recognized for bridging creative vision with technical and manufacturing excellence, she brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and creative execution.
Melanie holds a Master of Science in Industrial & Technical Studies (Packaging Technology & Sustainable Materials) from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She is passionate about helping ambitious organizations build compelling brands and scalable creative systems across physical, digital, and experiential platforms.
