After collaborating on menu design for Chalet Restaurant Group, a former Chalet chef brought me into his new role at Hyatt Regency Burlingame to elevate the materials for 3SIXTY. I refined the existing restaurant identity and created seasonal menu systems that complemented the cuisine, atmosphere and polished Hyatt guest experience.
The resulting designs provided a cohesive yet adaptable framework for breakfast, all-day dining and dessert menus—maintaining brand recognition while allowing the visual expression to change with the seasons.
